On music therapy

SARADHI, the Academy of Art and Culture, organised a lecture demonstration on `The therapeutic aspects of music' by Dr. Suvarna Nalapat at Chinmaya Heritage Centre recently. The function was inaugurated by Neyveli Santhanagopalan. In his inaugural address, Santhanagopalan pointed out the positive aspects of Nadalaya yoga.

In her lecture demonstration, Suvarna said music therapy (raga chikitsa) should be introduced in all hospitals and research institutions.
