Sivarathri special

NAADHABRAHMAM, IN association with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chennai Kendra, is presenting a Sivarathri special, ``Sivan's'' hymns on Sivarathri from 8 p.m. on March 8 to 6 a.m. on March 9. The venue will be Bhavan's premises at Mylapore. P. Obul Reddy will inaugurate the 10-hour-long programme in which eminent musicians will take part.

At Mylapore: Sri Visalakshi Ambal-Virupaksheeswarar temple, Bazaar Road, Mylapore, will celebrate Maha Sivarathri on March 8. Special abishekams, deeparadhanai and rituals will be conducted. A patti mandram has also been organised.
