Captain gears up

Vijayakanth always alternates the theme of his films _ a village story is invariably followed by a city-based subject. In keeping with the practice, after `Neranja Manasu' in a bucolic ambience, `Paerarasu,' his next film, is set in the city. Vijayakanth plays a cop in `Paerarasu.' Paired with him is Damini, a debutant. The industry buzz is that `Paerarasu' will make as much an impact as `Vallarasu,' which again had Vijayakanth playing a police officer.
