Renovation

The Kumbabhishekam of Sri Meenakshi Samedha Chokkanatha Swami temple, Vadakarai is scheduled for September 15. Thanks to the contributions of some devotees, the renovation cost of Rs. 5 lakhs has been met.

But some of the works are still pending, due to want of funds, like the completion of Meenakshi Sannidhi Mahamandapam, an arch at the entrance and the flooring of the prakaram. Apart from this, funds are also needed for performing Kumbabhishekam.
