Gangtok, Sept. 27 (PTI): President A P J Abdul Kalam will inaugurate the All India Children's National Science Congress in Sikkim scheduled to begin on December 27.

It will be his second visit to the northeastern state in two years. He visited it in September last year.

Being organised by the state science and technology department, the five-day Science Congress will conclude on December 31, officials said here today.
