Lankan 'firing' can't be tolerated any more: Karunanidhi

Chennai, March. 11 (PTI): Taking strong exception to the "firing" by Sri Lankan Navy on Indian fishermen, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi today said such acts could not be tolerated any more.

Justifying the DMK's decision to hold a demonstration in front of the Sri Lankan Deputy High Commission here tomorrow, Karunanidhi wrote in the DMK mouthpiece "Murasoli", "We cannot tolerate any more killings of Tamil fishermen by Sri Lankan Navy and their dead bodies are being kept as dolls. How long Tamils can tolerate this."

State Ministers N Veerasamy and K P P Samy would be participating in tomorrow's demonstration.
