New Delhi (PTI): Media and entertainment company Zee News has entered into a tie-up with BBC Worldwide for marketing, licensing and distributing its archived video clippings worldwide through the BBC Motion Gallery website.

With this arrangement, Zee News joins some of world's broadcasters like BBC, CBS News, NHK Japan, CCTV China and ABC Australia in providing content to BBC Motion Gallery, which houses video clips that have been selected from the archives of these companies.

"Zee News is the only news and current affairs media company in India from whom BBC will source content for its prestigious Motion Gallery website," Zee News CEO Barun Das said in a statement. BBC Motion Gallery offers access to a wide range of video clips, including rights-managed and production-ready royalty-free footage.
