Manmohan speaks to Raje, assures all help

New Delhi (PTI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday night spoke to Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and offered all support to the state government in dealing with the situation arising out of the serial blasts in Jaipur.

The Prime Minister also spoke to Home Minister Shivraj Patil, who is on a two-day visit to the north eastern region, to discuss the situation.

PMO sources said that the Prime Minister's Office was in constant touch with the Union Home Secretary to get the latest information about the blasts which claimed several lives and left many injured.

Condemning the dastardly attack, Singh urged the people of Jaipur to be calm "at this difficult moment" and assured all possible assistance to the state government to restore normalcy and "to go to the root of this attack".
