    Surjeet to be cremated on Sunday

    New Delhi (PTI): Veteran Marxist leader Harkishan Singh Surjeet, who died on Friday, will be cremated on Sunday.

    Surjeet's body would be kept at his Teen Murti Marg residence from 0700 to 0930 hours on Sunday, after it is embalmed at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences on Saturday, party sources said.

    It would be brought to the AKG Bhavan, the CPI(M) headquarters, later and kept there till 1430 hours.

    The cremation will take place at the Lodi Road Electric Crematorium on Sunday afternoon, the sources said.
