    Tata AIG Life appoints Suresh Mahalingam as Senior VP and COO

    Mumbai (PTI): Tata AIG Life Insurance Company today announced the appointment of Suresh Mahalingam as the Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.

    Based in Mumbai, Mahalingam will be in charge of formulating and executing the strategy for retail distribution, channel marketing, customer management group, individual profit centres and operations and systems, a press release issued here stated.

    Prior to joining Tata AIG Life, Mahalingam was the General Manager, Sales and Marketing, with HDFC Standard Life Insurance.

    Mahalingam has about 26 years of experience in strategy, sales, marketing and operations across diverse industries.
