Bandh call impacts flight schedule partially

New Delhi, June 4 (PTI) As a consequence of the bandh call on Thursday in West Bengal, Kerala and Tripura, Kingfisher Airlines has cancelled flights between Kolkata and Agartala for the day.

The airline has also rescheduled flights from Kolkata to certain cities like Hyderabad, Raipur and Bhubaneswar.

Other airlines, including Jet Airways and state-run Air India, however, said the bandh would not have any impact on their flight schedules.

When contacted, Jet Airways spokesperson said, "There is nothing so far".

Low-cost airline Indigo gave a similar response.
