    Pak national, 5 others killed in train accidents in UP

    Muzaffarnagar (PTI): Six people, including a Pakistani national, were killed in separate train accidents in Bijnore and Muzaffarnagar districts, sources said on Friday.

    According to railway sources, four people, including a Pakistani national, were killed when they were run over by the Saharsa-Amritsar Express while they were crossing a bridge over the Malan river in Bijnore district.

    Those killed were identified as Rihama (20), Shahim (15), Muradaz (12) and Pakistani national Zahir Ahmad (40).

    The incident happened when the victims were on their way to Dhudhi village to attend a marriage ceremony.

    In another incident, two people, identified as Bhupendra and Neeraj Kumar, were knocked down by a train on the Delhi-Ambala route near here. They died on the spot.
