    Sessions court frames charges against Kanchi Seer

    Chennai, July 23 (PTI): A sessions court here today framed charges against the Kanchi seer Jayendara Saraswathi and 11 others in the Radhakrishnan assault case.

    The Kanchi seer is accused of masterminding the assault on the former auditor of the mutt, G Radhakrishnan.

    Assailants had attacked Radhakrishnan, his wife and an attendant with sharp weapons at his residence here on September 20, 2002.
