New Delhi (PTI): A slight intensity earthquake shook the Rohtak district of Haryana in the early hours on Sunday, the meteorological department said.

The tremor measuring 2.7 on the Richter scale was felt at 4.05 am at latitude 28.9 N and longitude 76.8 E, it said.

A powerful quake that rocked the Balochistan province of Pakistan on October 29 claimed over 300 lives. Strong aftershocks rattled the region last week.
