Chennai, Oct. 28 (PTI): Sundram Fasteners Ltd, part of the TVS group, has posted a net profit of Rs 43.46 crores for the half year ended September 30, compared to Rs 31.06 crores during the same period last year.

Total sales and other income stood at Rs 605.02 crores for the half year ended September 30, as against Rs 516.50 crores during the same period last year, according to a company release here.

Export sales for the period increased by 20 per cent to Rs 186.34 crores compared to Rs 155.33 crores last year, the release said.
