    Vodafone launches new BlackBerry plan at Rs 299

    Mumbai (PTI): Cellular service provider Vodafone Essar on Friday announced the launch of a BlackBerry service plan, Prosumer Life @299.

    This service offers BlackBerry service-users unlimited access to personal/business email accounts as well as various popular instant messaging services at a monthly rent of only Rs 299, a release issued here stated.

    "The new service plan provides an innovative and highly economical option for customers who wish to stay connected primarily through e-mail and instant messaging while on the move," Vodafone Essar Marketing and New Business Director Harit Nagpal said.

    They can view, manage and respond to all their messages from their smartphones, as well as have unlimited access to popular IM services.

    Prosumer Life@299 is available for all BlackBerry smartphones from Vodafone, the release said.
