Chak De India to greet Indian women's hockey team
Durban (PTI): Chak De India, the movie that revolutionised hockey in India, will be specially screened here on Saturday to welcome the Indian National womens team that will participate in a four-nation tournament here from June 2-6.
The screening is being organised by the Indian Consul General here Harsh Varshan Shringla.
Mr. Shringla said the movie was inspired by the success of Indian women's team at the 2002 Commonwealth Games, the 2003 Afro-Asian Games and the 2004 Asia Cup.
