London (IANS): Actor Patrick Swayze, who is suffering from cancer, celebrated the conclusion of the TV series "The Beast".

Thesun.co.uk reports that Swayze found out in March that he is suffering from pancreatic cancer just as he had finished shooting a pilot episode for the show. But Swayze showed no signs of slowing down and instead got more involved in shooting a full season of the show.

Shooting for the FBI drama kept his mind off the debilitating chemotherapy treatment he was undergoing at the same time.

Swayze looked in good spirits for the wrap party in Chicago.
