Thiruvananthapuram (PTI): Construction of 152 flats in Kochi has been found to have violated building rules, State Local Self-governance minister Paloli Mohammed Kutty told the assembly today.

Replying to questions, he said steps had been taken to ensure strict implementation of building rules, he said.

Meanwhile, Registration Minister S Sharma said all measures had been taken to crack down on `benami' property transactions and under-valuation.
