I want to pursue MBA as well as work in any multinational company (part time or full time). At this stage what do I need to do? I'm really anxious about my future, kindly help me.

Pursuing a master's program in business administration would definitely get you better job prospects. You could pursue the course while still employed, if you can conveniently manage your study program. Hence it may be a better idea to do it either privately or through part time. This way if you get a better job offer, you could take it up.
