Recipe man

Meal maker... Sanjeev Kapoor.

CHEF Sanjeev Kapoor, already a minor celebrity, with those watching his popular series "Khana Khazana". on T.V., is now ready to anchor another show titled "A Touch of Turmeric''. For Kapoor, the magical ingredient in food is huge doses of love. That's what he feels makes mom's cooking the best. Kapoor, who claims he has done extensive legwork for the show, said he travelled all over the country and collated recipes that are in danger of being lost. It is also his other labour of love — an Encyclopaedia of Indian Cuisine — that has taken more than seven years, that Kapoor is waiting to finish.
