Ramgopal Varma... treading on dangerous ground.

TILL the answers are clear, Ram Gopal Varma will remain as he always does before the final verdict on his films is out — in a state of anticipation. With the making of "Satya", Varma established himself as a director par excellence. There have been many films after that too, but it is with the most recent venture "Company" that once again Varma hopes to prove his mettle. The film is set in the murky lives of the underworld. "I've always been fascinated by the underworld," says Varma. On the claims being made that "Company" is based on some of the real underworld dons, Varma said that his characters in the film might have some resemblance to some people, but they are purely fictional.
