L Shankar...master of the double violin.

HE devised the double violin 25 years ago. Has won a Grammy for his electrifying compositions; believed in reincarnation of the human soul and has finally met someone who can also play the double violin as well as he.

Performing with Gingger, L. Shankar said that his new album was already topping charts in the the U.S.: He devised the 10-string violin with two bridges. When he met Gingger at a concert ,she was drawn to the idea of the double violin and having proved herself worthy of it, both she and Shankar have held a number of concerts together.
