Star dreams

IT might have been the easiest thing for him to do. Follow in papa's footsteps. But Ritesh Deshmukh, did nothing of the sort. Instead he decided to try his luck in tinsel town, where his father is the Chief Minister. Deshmukh insists that dad being CM of Maharashtra and all that did not get him his lucky break. An architect by training, Deshmukh said he decided on the film, "Tuje Meri Kasam", because he liked and identified with the character. He loves watching Kajol and Kareena on screen and grew up on a diet of Shah Rukh Khan films. Only time will tell how popular another wannabe star will be. Otherwise there is always politics or architecture.
