THE IMAGE of the video pop icon Shakira sashaying on a leather belt embellished with bold metallic chunks can simply be irresistible. Well, leather couldn't have been more fashionable in the women's fashion wear. "We are the first shop in the twin cities to stock metal-worked imported leather belts for girls," says P.
