Time to share and care...

DESPITE DELIVERING three flops in a row - "Karz", "Rishtey" and "Badhai Ho Badhai" - there are still takers for Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. In Delhi this past week, the sizzling beauty was spotted at the Asian Academy of Film and Television to share her experiences with its students.

Impressed with the course and the training imparted to students at the NOIDA-stationed institute, she reportedly told its director Sandeep Marwah that it is a matter of pride that an institution like AAFT is offering much better training in India than what is available abroad. Well, she has also agreed to become member of the institution's advisory committee so that she could interact more with the students from time to time.

She said the fast expanding electronic media requires well-trained and highly qualified technical hands and the institution is making a "valuable contribution" to the film and television industry. Besides working with many channels and film companies, AAFT-trained students are also featuring in films and televisions serials.

By the way, some of the students were in the production teams of Shilpa's films - "Rishtey" and "Badhai Ho Badhai". She seemed to have specially mentioned about the "professional competence" of these students. Well, lets hope they get better opportunities.
