THE THAI Exhibition, 2003, is happening in Chennai, at the Chennai Trade Center from July 16 to 18, 2003. As a part of the exhibition, there would be cooking demonstrations of exotic Thai dishes. The Royal Thai Embassy has made special arrangements to fly in Thai chefs who would demonstrate on a specially created stage at the exhibition venue, the nuances of Thai cooking. The Thai dishes presented at the Thai Food and Culture Show will allow you to appreciate the subtle yet distinctive blend of flavours and ingredients that have placed Thai cuisine among the leading cuisines of the world. Food Demonstration Schedule:
