A new mall
HERE COMES another shopping mall-cum-multiplex project in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad by Parsvnath Developers Limited. Titled Parsvnath MMX, the project is spread over 15000 square meters with a built-up area of more than 2,00,000 square feet. Three blocks are planned, of which of which the first two will contain provision for shops, showrooms, food courts and entertainment centres. The last block is reserved for the luxury of a six-screen cineplex with a total of 1800 seats. Besides, the developers promise a centrally air-conditioned environment, water bodies, landscaped gardens, amphitheatre, four high-speed lifts, eight escalators and more. Though aimed at middleclass shoppers, the mall will have branded stores, fashion studios, exclusive showrooms and department stores.
