THIS SUMMER, Main Street at The Residency Towers, T. Nagar, is offering various dishes that are refreshing and cool. There is a choice of soups and salads besides an elaborate vegetarian and non-vegetarian main course.
In the soup section, there is chilled tomato or orange soup and for those who prefer a warm start, there are fennel soup, field mushroom soup and French onion soup. Tossed fresh vegetable salads and light seafood or chicken salads go well with the soups.
Non-vegetarians can choose from Italian fish bake, crispy chicken, sheikh kebab, devilled steak and Chinese orange chicken. These preparations can be savoured with kadak roties, kulchas, naans and parathas of different kinds. There are also some exotic preparations of rice to go with the side dishes.
