Exclusively diamond
AGGRESSIVE ADVERTISING has positioned diamonds as "a girl's best friend" and as a token of a permanent relationship. In keeping with the global demand for this stone, Bhima Jewellers has launched a new store exclusively for diamonds. Called D — The Diamond Boutique, the exclusive store on Dickenson Road will showcase the sparkling jewel in single pieces as well as complete sets.
Sets on sale include bangles, bracelets, pendants, earrings and rings, and the store claims the prices are reasonable.
Bhima Jewellers has targeted their urban customers by launching this store, claiming to cater to the needs of professionals with money power, who might require small diamonds for work as well as for ladies shopping for evening wear.
Mr. Krishnan, the Managing Director of Bhima Jewellers says: "Bhima Jewellers has a very strong lineage in jewellery and a thorough knowledge of gold and diamonds." He promises a variety of different diamond designs under the same roof. Experts usually judge diamonds by the four C's — colour, clarity, cut and carat, and Bhima Jewellers boasts one more attribute: quality. "Bangalore as a market has a great deal of potential for diamonds," adds Mr. Krishnan
Bhima Jewellers has eight showrooms in south India, with a stronghold in Kerala. The chain also exports jewellery to the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Their designs are sourced from around the country.
