KHWAAHISH, THE city-based jewellers in association with Imagem, has launched a new collection of diamond, precious and semi-precious jewellery. Gemmosaic as the collection is called, is made of 18 carat gold and the pieces are set with Siginity's precious and semi-precious stones. Miss Chennai Bindhya unveiled the range.
At a fashion show, models showcased some pieces that are inspired by mosaic art and combine diamonds and coloured gems, set in either silver or gold. Handcrafted by skilled artisans, the rings, earrings, necklace, bracelets and pendants come in four varieties and about 65 patterns are available.
The Geometric collection is all about circles and ovals, a fusion of geometric shapes. The Bow motif and Floral collection, has beautiful multicoloured flowers and bow knot designs. The Everyday collection, aimed at working women is simple yet stylish. Elaborate designs mark the Shimmeric collection, ideal for special occasions. The Gemmosiac collection is available at Khwaahish Gold and Diamonds, 28, Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam.
