Bombay Sisters in concert



Sister act The Bombay Sisters

A Carnatic vocal concert by Bombay Sisters, C. Saroja and C. Lalitha, will be held under the aegis of Society Dharani, at the Kerala Fine Arts Hall, Kochi, on September 23 at 6.30 p.m.

Trained under H.A.S. Mani and then at the Government Music College, Chennai, by Musiri Subramania Iyer and later by T. K. Govinda Rao, the duo have been regaling audiences worldwide since 1963. Bombay Sisters will be accompanied on the violin by V. Sanjeevan, on the mridangam by K. R. Ganesh and on the ghatom by Sivaramakrishnan.
