The Buggles

Few songs can claim immortality the way Video Killed The Radio Star has: it was the first song ever played on MTV, and is one of the defining cultural icons of its era. And a truly exceptional song; this might be a wistful tribute to a bygone, “golden” era, but it also has one of the most catchy, foot-tapping choruses you will ever hear.
