Amazing earthy tales

Twelve books to inspire children to care about the planet

Popular Prakashan has released 12 new titles of National Geographic’s award winning School Publishing series. This is the first time National Geographic has co-published its books in English with an Indian publishing house.

Since 1888, National Geographic travelled the Earth, sharing its amazing stories with each new generation.

The series “Reading Expeditions” aims at taking children on a journey around the earth, sharing amazing stories and equipping students with the tools they need to become independent readers.

Manish Purohit, CEO, Popular Prakashan said, “We are proud to associate ourselves with National Geographic which is one of the world’s largest non-profit, scientific and educational organisations that supports an education programme to combat geographic illiteracy.

“We believe in giving the best of geographical knowledge to children through titles such as ‘Rocks & Minerals’, ‘Ecosystem’, ‘Star & Galaxy’ and more.”
