One recalls with amusement a year or so old newspaper report which said pickpockets in Bihar had taken a fancy to politicians' flashy mobile phones and filched a few. Should we end up as a rubbish heap? Our burgeoning population is making haste in turning this country into a rubbish heap. And they don't even realise it.
