Spider's web

The hairy legs of a spider,
Scuttled over its web half-finished,
It continued spinning its web.
With the greatest intricacy ever.
The half-finished web had dew over it,
Which made it glisten.
The spider had criss-cross marks on it
Which made it look like the web itself.
Ha! The spider is completing
Its everlasting toil.
