Seeds of Happiness

"God's in this heaven and all's right with the world".

This is high optimism, which is the genesis of true happiness. The secret of happiness lies in having an aptitude for happiness.

The aptitude can be developed through training of the mind by constantly reminding it of the positive aspects of life.

Life has two sides. Good and bad. Identification of goodness is the essence of life.

"I do not choose the best;

the best chooses me".

Says Tagore.

It is a must to develop the attitude to realise that whatever happens, happens for our good. Cultivating good thoughts is necessary. Good thoughts and good habits make us develop better understanding especially difficult situations and help us to behave in a civilised manner.

Devotion to one's duty is one of the greatest sources of happiness. It is better to purify our thoughts and spirit to enjoy the bliss of God's gift-happiness.
