That crazy planet
Let me introduce myself. I am what Earthlings call an "alien". I live in the Andromeda galaxy.
The spaceship in which I was travelling 14 million light years ago screeched to a halt on the dusty, dirty earth's surface. At first the earth's atmosphere seemed to knock the breath out of me. I threw open the door of my spaceship and went to the nearest brick box (what earthlings call as a `house'). The earthlings in that box were celebrating. I found some shocking news. He said that humans gave birth to children. When I said that in Andromeda we manufactured creatures in factories, he just waved me off by saving that I got to be more serious in life.
Gradually my host got used to me. He began to teach me something called `brushing teeth'. He asked me to open my mouth and he did something. Even to this day I do not know what he did. He then taught me to bathe in hot water. This was something I resented. I asked my host the advantage of doing these chores. He said we had to keep ourselves clean and `free from germs'.
The moment I heard `free from germs', I ran away from that box. How cruel these humans were. Killing germs? Wiping out such wonderful species! How could they possibly live without germs? They cause such wonderful diseases. Laughing when you are supposed to cry, a human `giving birth' to a human! My manufacturer warned me before I started out to earth. He said that the earthlings are nothing but a bunch of crazy creatures. I did not listen to him. I deserved this and much more.
I ran to my spaceship. One thing I learnt from my experience I will never step on that crazy planet again.
