Softy harmful

Have you ever thought what you're drinking while sipping an aerated drink? You're gulping down carbon dioxide, phosphoric acid and minute quantities of Ethylene glycol, an "antifreeze" that makes your drink "really chill", a slow poison, informs Uni-chem through its website.

In a competition at Delhi University on "who could drink the most cola?" the winner drank eight bottles and fainted on the spot.

Someone put a broken tooth in a bottle of cola and in a 10 days it dissolved. Soft drinks are `zero nutrition'.

Taken after a meal they'll hinder digestion and ferment the food!
