Strive hard to exceed expectations

The Chief Technology Officer of Mahindra Satyam, A.S. Murthy said that organisations need to strive hard to exceed the expectations of the customers, employees and investors and the associates. Speaking to the MBA students of School of Management Studies, JNTUH, he said the traits of the winners have been very clear - they perform faster, better, cheaper, larger and steadier. He said the six type of assets that determine the success of the organisations are people, product, promote, patent, proliferate and process. A.R.
