Making a mark

For the past two years I have been creating embroidery designs. When my uncle saw my work, he took me to a company where they specialised in designs.

After reviewing my work the owner decided to give me an order for saree borders. Though at first I was scared, I took this as a challenge.

I worked at home and gave in my work once a week.

I am proud to say that through these earnings I was able to pay my first term school fees. My teachers too, when they got to know about this congratulated me.
