Weary of remembering different website addresses for Internet on computers and mobile?

Now, Ahmad Ali Habeeb, a student of B.Tech (Computers), Aligarh Muslim University claims to have made life a little easier for people by making a website which has a common address, www.cyberamu.com for both the Internet and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP).

"www. cyberamu.com is the first university website that is accessible through WAP and Internet with the same Uniform Resource Locator (URL), or in simple terms, with the same address," claims Ahmad.

He says that he has succeeded in this enterprise by creating an interface between WAP and Internet.

The WAP portal of cyberamu can be accessed from any WAP or General Pocket Radio Service (GPRS)-enabled mobile phone, including Reliance India mobile.
