Ultimate primate luxury

Think twice before teasing the monkeys in the zoo again. Apes at the Lincoln Park Zoo are using hidden gadgets to shoot harmless bursts of air at unsuspecting visitors and get a rise out of them. The Regenstein Centre here is also the last word in ape lavishness, being airy and green, fitted with a downed tree that apes can use to cross a waterfall and floors that imitate the natural forest. They can control fans hidden in boulders to moderate the effects of Chicago's weather besides manipulating panels in fake tree trunks to catapult snacks toward them through the grills.
