Isn't that great? The wackiest school in the world is back! The 30 storey building (with one class on each floor) has re-opened after 243 days, after Louis the yard keeper has shooed away all the cows. And aren't the children glad to be back! Bebe, Kathy, Todd, Benjamin Nushmutt and the rest of the kids on the 30th floor class give you 30 hilarious stories about this strange school.

Miss Jewls, the teacher who is as funny as her class, is going to have a baby, and will have to leave. And the substitute teachers are really weird! like Mr. Gorf (who happens to be the son of the very scary Mrs. Gorf in Sideways Stories from Wayside School), who can read thoughts.

The new school counsellor likes to play tricks on people, and Miss Zarves gets to be in her very own 19th story. Of course, there is no Miss Zarves, and there is no 19th floor. We've been told that in the last two books of Wayside School. And this book is no different! Fans of Wayside School will absolutely love this book, as the fun-filled class on the 30th storey definitely gets stranger!

Eleven-year-old James Choke has lost just about everything he had. Sent to an orphanage, James is recruited by CHERUB, a branch of the M15 consisting of child-spies. To qualify to work for CHERUB, a child has to undergo basic training: enduring cold, pain, a nasty head instructor and what most CHERUB operatives consider the worst days of their lives. Will James be able to make it through basic training and become a spy?

This thrilling book is an extraordinarily crafted, convincing spy-story. This spy story realistic and down-to-earth. In spite of its length, the story maintains its rapid, intense pace throughout and there is simply no way you can put it down. Warning: this book is highly addictive! .
