Send a greeting with the stamp

The Department of Posts issued a set of two commemorative postage stamps on the theme of greetings on October 25, 2004. The theme for these two stamps was kites and dolls. In India, kites and dolls have been a part of our tradition and cultural beliefs. In a small but significant way, these postage stamps at the first glance convey the feeling of cheer and happiness.
