The State Minister for Transport, K.N. Nehru, gave away the prizes to toppers in Std. X and XII examinations.

The Chief Education Officer, R. Muthukrishnan, District Educational Officer, A. Thangavelu, and the Headmaster of the School, R. Rajendran, were also present.
