Bearys Mindwaves 2007
`Bearys Mindwaves 2007' organized by Bearys Public School, Mangalore as part of Republic Day evoked good response from students in and around Mangalore. More than 650 children took part in the event, which was held in five groups. Akthar Hussain, eminent physician, was the chief guest, . Elizabeth Daniel, faculty, Kasturba Medical College, who was the guest of honour . A. Mohiddin, correspondent of the school welcomed the gathering. Shuba Lobo, principal introduced the judges. Sana Fathima (Bearys Public School) 2. Arjun Addappa (Lourdes Central) 3. Vasudha Kumblekar (Besant English Medium); Group II: 1. Vaibhav Shenoy (Canara English Higher Primary School) 2. Vasuntulla (Canara English Higher Primary School) 3. B. Guru Sourabh (Besant English School); Group III: 1. Mangala Nayak (Canara School, Dongerkery) 2. Neha B. (Canara School, Urwa) 3. Suprabha K. (Canara School, Urwa) and Group IV: 1. Vikas R. (Jawahar Navodaya School), 2. Vasavi Kumblekar (Besant School) and Shravan (Canara High School).
