Majestic fort

To commemorate the 2004 Aga Khan Award for Architecture, two postage stamps featuring the Agra fort were issued on November 28, 2004. The set of stamps depict the Khas Mahal built entirely of marble by Shah Jahan in 1637. This majestic red sandstone was added to the UNESCO's World heritage list in 1983.
