Shri Nehru Vidyalaya

The Kindergarten wing of Shri Nehru Vidyalaya celebrated graduation day. Twenty-four students graduated from UKG. The kids compered the show and participated in a variety of cultural programmes. The children rhythmically danced to aerobic tunes. Another group enacted "Cinderella". The children also presented dances of India, a fusion of Bharatanatyam, Mayilaattam, Karagaatam, Kavadaiyaatam, Dandiya and Porpali. An African tribal dance was also performed.

The overall performance of a child in academics, extra-curricular activities, sports, discipline, and social behaviour in peer group were observed over a period of time and three children from each section were identified for awards. Managing trustee of Siruthuli, Vanitha Mohan, was the chief guest and presented the awards. Principal Hemalatha Sathu read the annual report.
