P. SOLOMON DHANARAJ

The Department of Posts, India, released a stamp with Mongolia on September 11, 2006. Mongol Post Company also issued a commemorative stamp the same day, with the same theme and motif.

The first piece of the se-tenant stamp depicts a bronze image of the Horse-God from Madhya Pradesh. The other piece features an ancient bronze cast replica of a horse from Khuvsgul province in Mongolia. This antique is believed to be one of the archaeological findings in Mongolia dating back to the Bronze Age.
